Discovery and Archive Assessment

Every project begins with a focused Discovery and Archive Assessment.

This initial phase allows us to understand your existing material, clarify scope, and determine how your teaching can be shaped into a cohesive written work. It ensures that time, effort, and editorial attention are applied with intention from the very beginning.

During this phase, we review your available recordings and transcripts, evaluate the depth and structure of the material, and outline a clear editorial direction. We also assess timeline and overall project readiness so expectations are aligned before any full production work begins.

The Discovery and Archive Assessment is a paid, non refundable engagement. This reflects the professional time and expertise required to properly evaluate a body of teaching and prepare it for transformation into a book.

If you choose to move forward with a full project, the assessment fee is applied toward the total project investment.

This process allows both parties to proceed with clarity, confidence, and shared understanding.
